Reports (3)
- Newer law has been passed "While discrimination based on sexual orientation is not prohibited by the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Act does prohibit discrimination based on sexual stereotypes, or discrimination based on how a person should behave based on his or her sex, which is considered “sex discrimination.” So, discrimination based on sexual orientation is banned in all but name only. See Lampley v. Mo. Comm. on Human Rights, 570 S.W.3d 16, 24 (Mo. banc 2019)."
- Status is not correct "US supreme court ruling: All US states must enforce Anti discrimination ONLY in workplace"
- Newer law has been passed "Sexual orientation protection (not gender identity ) solely in employment statewide
