Reports (1)
  • Status is not correct "1. The windhoek high court has not yet ruled on the case and its outcome is not clear if they will rule to overturn the law that currently bans homosexual activity. 2. The windhoek high court is not the final court of appeal for this case. If neither party challenges the result, its' precedent may become law but it is more likely that the case will be appealed to the Supreme Court by the losing party no matter who loses. Tl;dr: It is not yet clear whether or not homosexuality will become legal as the result of this lawsuit, nor when. "
