edited by Clara. Yes, Same-Sex marriages are legal in Nepal. In 2015, the Constitutional Court of Nepal ruled that restricting the legal recognition and protection of same-sex couples to opposite-sex couples is a violation of their fundamental rights under the constitution. This ruling established a precedent for legalized same-sex marriage in Nepal.
