Reports (2)
- Other "I’m being told on Reddit that if you get a sex change you can be imprisoned or killed"
- Status is not correct "Mostly people with intersex characteristics are approved to start the legal transition of gender documenation and only after medical transitioning is fulfilled..
The whole situation is difficult for intersex-trans people, it's unfair to call it anywhere near legal/ambiguous in its legality.
The law is actually about transgender people, but in practice, it requires so much luck and effort to actually transition without being intersex, and even then, transgender people are tread like metal illness patients, and not as people of a different gender/gender identity."
