- Status is not correct "Diagnosis required : Article 9(a) of the State Registry Act (1993, as amended in 2013), establishes an administrative procedure to rectify the gender marker on a person's birth registry. This procedure is detailed in Ordinance No. 2,550 (Official Gazette No. 132) (2014), which outlines the need for medical documentation and the preconditions for gender change. The applicant needs to obtain the approval of the National Health Council, which requires the expert opinions of a psychologist and a psychiatrist from a list provided by the government. Alongside these two opinions, the applicant shall also submit a report on personal and family circumstances issued by the regional social welfare centre. The Ordinance explicitly bans any requirements that compel the applicant to "undergo medical procedures, including surgical gender reassignment, sterilisation or hormone therapy".
For minors, a specific set of reports from medical and mental health practitioners specialising in paediatric cases, as well as parent or guardian consent, are required.

Reports (2)
- Status is not correct "Hormone therapy is required"
- Status is not correct "Effectively a medical diagnosis of gender dysphoria is necessary to change one’s gender marker. As to change one’s gender an opinion of a gender therapist, psychiatrist and endocrinologist is necessary. This process is in line with access to HRT, which requires a months long evaluations from both a gender therapist and psychiatrist, and only then can one be directed to an endocrinologist to receive a prescription.
This, I believe a more accurate status would be legal, but requires medical diagnosis. As that is the effective state of affairs."
