Description | Section 106(1) of the Gender Equality Act (2019) prohibits gender discrimination in the employment sphere. Section 106(2) states that this also includes “multiple discrimination” and “intersectional discrimination”, both of which are defined at Section 102 to include sexual orientation as a protected ground. |
