Description | Poland does not view homosexuality as a disease, and as such any patient has the right to deny any therapy forced upon them. Otherwise it's a very uncommon practice in Europe. Description | Every doctor, who would like to undertake conversion therapy in Poland, must expect that his activity will be considered illegal if patient submits a complaint under existing regulations, because in Poland homosexuality and transsexualism are not considered as diseases and there are legal protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. | No ban as of 2023, this isn’t likely to change because many poles ignorantly view homosexuality as a disease |
