- Status is not correct "It is not very ambiguous. On June 8, 2021, ND lawmakers voted 8-7 that licensed social care workers were banned from practicing conversion therapy and cited it as "ineffective, harmful, and unethical". This rule did not apply to churches or un-licensed groups so North Dakota only protects through licensed social workers."
