- Newer law has been passed "It should be made clear that HB619 restricts surgeries which don't happen for minors anyway. Other forms of Gender Affirming Care are unaffected. The sources listed specifically state this.

Though, other forms of Gender Affirming Care such as HRT and Puberty Blockers are not banned as they are in other states. This would put New Hampshire in the same category as Arizona which is listed as "legal but restricted for minors" rather than banned for minors.
