Reports (3)
- Status is not correct "ICD-10 are just codes that classify diseases. just because the adopted the world codes on diseases doesn't mean they support everything in the codes especially when it comes to transgender care. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICD-10"
- Sources are invalid or broken "No clear information found, again, ICD incorporation means very little. This paper notes “few reassignment surgeries have been performed on intersex or transgender individuals,” and does not specify where. https://palestine.unfpa.org/sites/default/files/pub-pdf/Gender%20Justice%20and%20The%20Law.pdf"
- Status is not correct "There has never been GAC services provided in Palestine, transgender people in Palestine have to travel to other locations for GAC. Adoption of the ICD 10 codes in and of itself does not mean GAC is available or even supported in any capacity, and given the rest of the region's laws and general attitudes toward lgbt rights, it is inaccurate to mark as legal or available.
Consensual same-sex sexual conduct continued to be banned in Gaza on the basis of a 1936 British Mandate ordinance.

"In September, after the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) published guidance to staff regarding treating all genders and LGBTI people equally, the Hamas authorities condemned the guidance for promoting 'deviance and moral decay'.""
