DescriptionMinors and Adults are still able to receive gender affirming care, New Hampshire has not made any laws regarding gender affirming care. New Hampshire has made attempts to ban gender affirming care, those have not passed as of yet. There are no restrictions on gender affirming care in New Hampshire; several bans or restrictions have been proposed and then all failed until the 2025 bill was passed.
