Reports (2)
  • Newer law has been passed "HB 2 bans any county or municipality from enacting and enforcing their own non discrimination laws above the protections the state allows. To date, gender identity and gender preference is not protected under HB 2. However, HB 2 is currently going through the courts. I am a transgender NC native."
  • Status is not correct "As of March 23rd, it's legal in every part of the state thanks to new statewide legislation that repealed non-discrimination laws. "
