Linked source actually says: Section 223 prescribes, that any person who has sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 18 who is his adopted child, step-child or foster child, or who has been entrusted to him for instruction or education, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years.
The same penalty shall apply to any person who, by gravely abusing superior age or experience, induces any person under the age of 18 to sexual intercourse.
Age of consent is NOT 18 for special cases of individuals where one has custody over the other, it’s actually punishable by law. "
