Ever since Poland become a country in it’s own right (by a baptism by it’s first king in the year 966), Homosexuality has never been mentioned in a way that would have banned it. Therefore, ever since the beginning of polish statehood up until it’s first partitions, homosexuality wasn’t illegal."
